Resturants/service: something you may not think of every day would be how you waitor or waitress will act fowards you when you decide to go out and eat. While here many orall of us have become aware of how differentthe service really is. While in the states you see it as a norm for your waitor/waitress to come and check on you a few times during you meal. They ask you if you need anything, if youre liking the food, if you want dessert, and if you are ready for the check. If you are the type of person who is not a big fan of such service then you would love it here. They do not check on you every five minutes while you have food in your mouth forcing you to answer with an awkward smile and nod. If you need something or are ready to take the bill you need to get their attention. For the most part tipping is not a requirement here which may very well be the reasoning behind the type of service that the they give that we are not accustom to, because lets face it most of the time if you have a really nice and attentive waitor/waitress the tip you are going to leave increases.
